When is the Zyrtec® Rewards program ending?
The program will end on August 31, 2016. For your convenience, we've added a countdown clock on the rewards site so you know how many days you have left to participate.
Will I be able to continue to earn rewards points for purchasing ZYRTEC® products, reading articles, watching videos, and taking polls?
You will be able to earn rewards online through August 31, 2016.
Will I still be able to use my points for rewards in the catalog?
Yes! You are encouraged to redeem your points before August 31, 2016, as you will no longer be able to log into the program or redeem points online after this date. You can reach out to the McNeil Consumer Care Center at 1-800-343-7805, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm EST if you need any assistance in redeeming your points through September 30, 2016.
How will I be notified of program ending updates?
We will stay in touch! There will be various emails sent to you as a friendly reminder. Don't forget, we'll also have our official countdown clock on our rewards site.
Is there anything else I need to know?
In celebration of your participation, as an extra bonus, we're adding some easy-to-redeem digital rewards to the catalog. So be sure to check them out!
What happens to my point balance after the catalog expires?
All points not redeemed will be rounded down to the nearest coupon level, and the corresponding coupon will be sent to you.
What is ZYRTEC® Rewards?
ZYRTEC® Rewards is an online program where you earn points by purchasing ZYRTEC® products, logging those purchases online and completing other non-purchase activities. You can then use your points to redeem items in the ZYRTEC® Rewards catalog. ZYRTEC® Rewards can be accessed from your computer, tablet and smart phone.
Each participating product has an NDC Code that is printed on the outside of the package and is worth from 25 to 700 points. Find out other ways to earn points. See the Terms and Conditions for a full list of participating products and point values.
Based on the NDC Code submitted or activity completed, the ZYRTEC® REWARDS points you’ve earned will be deposited in to your account.
Registration And Login
What if I forgot my ZYRTEC® user ID or password?
Your user ID is the email address you entered at registration. Click on the “Forgot password?” link in the log in screen at zyrtec.com if you forgot your password.
Can I have multiple ZYRTEC® Rewards accounts?
No. There is a limit of one account per person, per email address.
My Account Questions
How do I know how many ZYRTEC® Rewards points I have in my account?
After you've signed in, your ZYRTEC® Rewards point balance will be displayed at the top of the “Earn” page. You can also view your ZYRTEC® Rewards point balance at any time by visiting the “My Account” page.
How are ZYRTEC® Rewards points deducted from my account?
If you redeem your points for an item in the Catalog, the associated number of points for that item will be deducted from your account.
How do I change my account information or email address?
Sign in, go to the My Account page and select Edit My Account Information, where you can change any of the personal information entered at registration.
How do I opt-out of the ZYRTEC® Rewards emails I am receiving?
Click on the unsubscribe link (http://www.zyrtec.com/unsubscribe) at the bottom of your monthly newsletter from the makers of ZYRTEC®. Enter your email address and submit and you will be opted out of receiving future communications. You will continue to receive email notifications reminding you of your password or transactions in your My Rewards Account like reward redemption and point expiration. Remember, if you opt-out you may lose opportunities to receive bonus codes and exclusive content.
Code Entry Questions
What is a NDC Code?
An NDC Code (National Drug Code) is a unique 10-digit number assigned to medications. This code is assigned by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and helps identify the product manufacturer, product and size.
Where can I enter my ZYRTEC® Rewards NDC Codes?
Log in to ZYRTEC® Rewards. There is a space to enter a NDC Code at the top-left of the "Earn" page on the ZYRTEC® Rewards Website. On the mobile site, the NDC Code entry space will appear at the top of the "Earn" page. You can also get to the NDC code entry field by clicking on the "Earn more points by entering an NDC Code" link at the top-left on the Catalog and How It Works pages.
How do I enter NDC Codes?
After logging in to ZYRTEC® Rewards, enter your ZYRTEC® NDC Code into the box at the top-left of the "Earn" page and then click on the "Submit NDC Code" button. Once you've submitted the NDC Code, the associated number of ZYRTEC® Rewards points will be deposited in to your account.
What if I can't find my NDC Code on the ZYRTEC® package?
If you can't locate the NDC Code on the ZYRTEC® package, click on the "Where's My NDC Code?" link within the NDC Code entry box. A window will pop-up that will ask you to choose the ZYRTEC® product and size. After selecting the product and size, click "Show" and an image of the ZYRTEC® package will appear with a visual indicator to where the NDC Code is located on the product package.
Do I need to enter the NDC Code exactly as it appears on the package?
Yes. Enter the characters and digits in the same order as they appear on the package.
Is there a limit on how many NDC Codes I can enter?
Yes. There is a maximum limit of 6 codes you may enter per year, starting from the date you enter your first NDC Code. NDC Code entry limits will reset each year on that date. Please see the program Terms and Conditions for other code entry limits. A message will appear in the NDC Code entry box if you have reached your NDC Code entry limit.
What do I do if I cannot read the code or if the code is destroyed when I open the package?
Is it necessary to keep the package after I have entered the code through ZYRTEC® Rewards?
ZYRTEC® reserves the right to request that any ZYRTEC® Rewards program member forward the original package with the NDC Code representing the points deposited in the ZYRTEC® Rewards program. Please see the program Terms and Conditions for more information.

What are ZYRTEC® Rewards points?
ZYRTEC® Rewards points are the currency used in ZYRTEC® Rewards, and are deposited in to your online account when you enter NDC Codes from packages of participating ZYRTEC® products or complete other non-purchase activities. ZYRTEC® Rewards points have no cash value.
Where do I use my ZYRTEC® Rewards points?
You can only use your points in the ZYRTEC® Rewards Catalog.
Can I convert my ZYRTEC® Rewards points into cash?
Sorry. ZYRTEC® Rewards NDC Codes and non-purchase activities and their corresponding points have no cash value. You may use ZYRTEC® Rewards points only within the ZYRTEC® Rewards program.
Can I transfer my ZYRTEC® Rewards points to another account?
Sorry. ZYRTEC® Rewards points are not transferrable.
How do I earn points for non-purchase activities?
After logging in, ZYRTEC® Rewards program members may earn points by visiting the "Earn" page and following on-screen instructions to complete the various non-purchase activities. From time to time, we may also offer other non-purchase point-earning activities that may be included in the ZYRTEC® Rewards Website or in other ZYRTEC® marketing communications.
Why can't I complete a non-purchase activity?
Poll questions and featured videos and articles are updated every month. If you have completed all of the activities for the month you will not be able to earn additional points. The activity will have a visual indicator if the activity is complete. Come back next month to keep earning more points.
What is a Secret Word?
ZYRTEC® Rewards Secret Words are bonus codes found in a variety of ZYRTEC® marketing communications. You may find a Secret Word on our Facebook account, in a print ad, in an email, or in other ZYRTEC® communications. Points for each Secret Word will vary and you can only enter and earn points for each Secret Word once.
What must I do with the Secret Word?
Visit Zyrtec.com and sign in or register for ZYRTEC® Rewards. Go to the Earn page and look for the Secret Word field on the right side of the page. Enter the Secret Word into the blank space to earn bonus ZYRTEC® Rewards points.
About The Rewards Catalog
What is the ZYRTEC® Rewards catalog?
The ZYRTEC® Rewards catalog is a selection of items – including coupons, digital items, physical items and charitable donations – that can be redeemed or exchanged for points accumulated in a ZYRTEC® Rewards member account.
How do I know if I have enough points to redeem a reward?
Your account balance will be displayed on the top of the “Earn” page and in your “My Account” page when you are signed in. If you do not have enough points to redeem an item in the Catalog, a message will appear telling you that you do not have enough points.
Can I redeem reward items and have them sent to someone else?
Yes, for digital items only. Although the email address in your account will be the default address to email your reward code, you have the opportunity in the digital redemption process, to provide the email address.
Is there a limit to the number of reward items I can redeem?
There are some limitations to reward redemptions. If a Catalog item has a limitation it will be listed in the item description. If you have enough points to redeem the reward item, there is no limit by day. However, reward items can only be redeemed one at a time.
Why can't I redeem a coupon reward?
We're sorry you're having trouble redeeming a coupon. You either don't have enough points in your account to redeem the coupon reward or you have hit the coupon redemption limit. ZYRTEC® product coupons can only be redeemed once every 30 days. If you hit this limit, an on-screen message will display indicating the date that you can redeem another coupon.
How will I receive my reward?
There are four types of rewards in the Catalog:
- Coupons and special offers: printed coupons, or digital codes that can be redeemed for discounts.
- Physical goods: merchandise.
- Digital goods: unique codes that can be redeemed for items.
- Charitable donations: contributions sent to designated charity.
Coupons and physical goods are shipped in the mail; digital goods codes are emailed to the email address linked to your ZYRTEC® Rewards account or input through the redemption process; charitable contributions are made directly to the designated charity by McNeil Consumer Healthcare.
When can I expect to receive my reward item?
After submitting your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours. Each reward type is fulfilled differently. Here's what you can expect:
- Coupons: Coupons will be shipped in the mail and will arrive within 4-6 weeks.
- Physical goods: Physical goods will be shipped in the mail and will arrive within 8-12 weeks.
- Digital goods: You will receive your digital code in the redemption confirmation email within 72 hours from redemption. You can use the code immediately per instructions in the email.
- Charitable donations: You will receive an email confirmation of your redemption within 72 hours. Charitable donations will be sent directly to the designated charity by McNeil Consumer Healthcare.

Do I have to pay shipping and handling costs for items?
No. Shipping and handling costs will not apply to items redeemed in the Catalog.Can a reward be returned or exchanged?Unfortunately, rewards are not returnable or exchangeable.
