Winter Running and Hiking

We asked Kyle Larson, a marathoner, winter runner, and owner of Endurance House East, a sport store in Madison, WI, how to stay safe and warm in colder weather:


“Plus 10 to 20”

Add 10 to 20 degrees to the outside temperature – it will feel this much warmer when you’re running. With a light wind, add 15 to 20 degrees.
