Traveling with Allergies: Plan Ahead

Most great vacations start with a plan for where to go and what to see. If you have allergies, planning how to deal with triggers along the way can make a big difference too. Here are some tips that can help wherever your travels take you.

Mold or dust mites can be hiding in a car’s upholstery and ventilation. So vacuum and wipe down the insides of your car before a long trip. Don’t roll down the windows––use the air-conditioning to help filter out allergens.
