Allergens & Outdoor Exercise

Exercising is good for the body and soul, and nothing should stand between you and fitness, especially pollen. Let’s take a look at ways to reduce exposure to outdoor allergens when you exercise.



The time of day that you exercise matters. Generally it’s best to head out for that run, cycle or walk in the late afternoon or early evening, when the pollen count is lower. Just make sure that it’s not too hot to run.
